Who are we?
Adminiro is an administrative tool for entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals. With the app, you can register trips, record receipts and expenses, manage clients, create quotes and invoices, and manage business data.
This privacy policy applies to the use of the Adminiro mobile application.
What data do we process?
a. Account data via Google Sign-In
When you sign in with Google, we receive the following information via Google Sign-In:
- your name as linked to your Google account
- your email address
- a unique user ID (Firebase UID)
We use this data to create and manage your account, provide secure access to the app, and link your settings and data to your account.
We do not have access to your Google password.
b. App usage and analytics
Adminiro uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics, such as which screens are visited, which features are used, and general usage patterns within the app.
We use this data solely to improve the app, optimize functionality, and analyze stability and performance.
We do not display advertisements and do not sell personal data to third parties.
c. Data you provide yourself
You may enter data within the app, such as client details, quotes, invoices, products or materials, business information, trip registrations, receipts, and expenses.
This data is used solely to enable the functionality of the app.
d. Location Data
Adminiro uses location data for features such as trip tracking.
Depending on how you use the app and the permissions you grant, Adminiro may process the following location data:
- precise location (GPS)
- approximate location
- location while using the app (foreground)
- location in the background, if you have explicitly granted permission
Location data is used to:
- automatically record trips
- determine departure and arrival locations
- track distances traveled
- support administrative and reporting features within the app
When background location is enabled, the app may collect location data even when the app is not actively in use, for example during automatic trip tracking.
Location data is:
- used solely for app functionality
- not sold to third parties
- not used for advertising purposes
You can manage or disable location permissions at any time through your device settings. Without location access, certain features, such as automatic trip tracking, may be limited or unavailable.
Do we share data with third parties?
We do not sell or share personal data with commercial third parties.
However, we use Google Firebase (Google LLC) for authentication, analytics, cloud infrastructure, and data storage.
These parties process data in accordance with their own privacy and security standards and solely for the purpose of providing services to Adminiro.

How do we protect your data?
We take appropriate technical measures to protect your data, including:
- encrypted data transfer via HTTPS/TLS
- secure authentication via Google Sign-In
- secure cloud infrastructure via Firebase
- access to data limited to functional purposes of the app
Data retention
We retain your data as long as you have an active account or as long as necessary for the functioning of the app.
When you delete your account, your data will be removed within a reasonable period, unless we are legally required to retain certain data for a longer time.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, correct inaccurate data, and request deletion of your account and associated data.
